Packages, and
real numbers.

Retainers from $1,200/mo · Six-month initial term

Split by church lifecycle, not good-better-best.

A church plant and a ninety-year-old congregation aren't shopping for the same thing. So each package is built around where a church actually is, and the floors are real numbers.

Launch

Plants, new campuses, and relaunches

from $1,200/month

Get found, fill a launch team, and make the first ninety days count.

Right for

A church plant heading toward a first service, an established church opening a second campus, or a congregation relaunching after a building project or a pastoral transition.

Reach

  • Google Ad Grant application and setup — up to $10,000/mo in free search advertising
  • Launch-team and grand-opening campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
  • Local search foundation: Google Business Profile, map listings, church directories
  • Plan Your Visit funnel built and instrumented before launch

Tell

  • Visitor-first website build on WordPress or our EmDash CMS

Where most churches land

Momentum

Established churches that need new people finding the door

from $1,800/month

The weekly engine — content, campaigns, and a website that converts a search into a Sunday.

Right for

A congregation that's healthy, has something worth visiting, and is functionally invisible to anyone who doesn't already know it exists. This is where most churches land.

Reach

  • Google Ad Grant management, optimization, and compliance
  • Paid social visitor campaigns targeted to your actual catchment area
  • Local SEO — the work that gets you ranking for "church near me"
  • Seasonal pushes for Christmas, Easter, and your own big weekends

Tell

  • Website management, updates, and ongoing conversion work
  • Weekly sermon clips cut for social
  • Monthly graphics package — series art, event graphics, announcement slides
  • Photography days on a recurring schedule

Keep going

  • Guest follow-up automation over email and text, tuned monthly
  • Sermonix access for your staff
  • Monthly reporting, a working call, and a named senior contact
  • Managed hosting, SSL, backups, and updates

Everything

Multi-campus, multi-service, and churches with real operational load

from $3,600/month

The whole picture — marketing, production, worship technology, and the network it all runs on.

Right for

A church where Sunday is a production, the building has real technology in it, and nobody on staff should be spending their week on either. This is the tier no other church agency can actually offer.

Everything in Momentum, plus

  • Live streaming production and ongoing stream management
  • Worship technology and AV strategy — ProPresenter, Planning Center, audio and video paths
  • ChurchProducer with every module turned on — services, Sunday screens, people, groups, and chat
  • Managed IT for the church office: network, UniFi, endpoints, backup, and support
  • Ministry film production — testimony pieces, vision films, campaign videos
  • Crisis and transition communications on retainer, with the playbook already written
  • Quarterly strategy session with the senior team
How we work

The terms, up front.

Nothing here should be a surprise in month three. If any of it doesn't work for your church, say so in the first conversation and we'll tell you honestly whether it's movable.

  • Six-month initial term, then month-to-month on thirty days' notice — or a one-year term at a discount.
  • One primary approver on your side, plus named backups, so work doesn't sit waiting on a committee.
  • On-site video production is quoted per project and never buried in the monthly.
  • Ad spend is yours and billed to your account. We don't mark it up.
  • Once the bill is paid, the work is yours — the site, the files, the footage, the accounts.
Without a retainer

Some churches just need one thing.

We'd rather do one job well than talk you into twelve months you don't need. These are all available on their own.

Ministry film or vision piece

Quoted per project — scripted, shot, and cut.

Website build, standalone

WordPress or EmDash CMS, no retainer required.

Google Ad Grant application only

We get it approved and hand you the keys.

AV or streaming install

Specified, sourced, installed, commissioned.

Staff and volunteer training

We teach your team to run it in-house.

Crisis retainer

Playbook written now, hands available later.

About the money.

Why are the prices shown as "from"?

+
-

Because a 90-seat church and a multi-campus church shouldn't pay the same number for the same package name. The floor is real — nobody pays less — and the contact form has a budget range selector so we can scope against what you actually have instead of guessing.

Which package do most churches pick?

+
-

Momentum, at $1,800 a month. It fits a healthy congregation that's simply hard to find online. Launch is for plants and relaunches, and Everything is for churches where Sunday is a real production with technology behind it.

What's not included?

+
-

Ad spend is yours, billed to your own account, and we don't mark it up. On-site video production is quoted per project rather than buried in the monthly. Hardware is sold at cost plus a stated install fee — we're not hiding margin in a camera.

Can we start smaller than Launch?

+
-

Yes. Take the Sunday Audit, have us apply for your Google Ad Grant, and run it yourself. For a church with a tight budget that's often the better answer, and we'd rather do that than sell you a retainer you'll cancel in month four.

Do you require a long contract?

+
-

Six months to start, because nothing in this work shows results in thirty days and we don't want to be judged on a month. After that it's month-to-month on thirty days' notice. A one-year term is available at a discount. Every engagement runs under our Contract of Services.

Do we own the website if we leave?

+
-

Yes. Once the bill is paid, the site, the files, the footage, and the accounts are the church's. WordPress and our EmDash CMS are both standards-compliant and portable — no proprietary lock-in that makes leaving expensive.

Pick the door, or let the audit pick it.

If you already know which package fits, say so and we'll send a scope. If you don't, the audit will tell you — and it comes off month one either way.
