ChurchProducer — Everything your church runs on, in one place

Ask a church staff what they use to get through a week and you’ll hear a list. One app for the order of service, another for lyrics on the screen, a spreadsheet for small groups, a separate directory, and a group text that the band actually reads. Every one of those handoffs is a place where something gets dropped.

ChurchProducer pulls it all into one browser-based platform. Plan the service with running timers, a song library with chord charts, and volunteer scheduling. On Sunday, the same plan drives live lyrics, stage messages, an operator console, and digital music stands for the band. During the week, People and Groups handle the directory, households, care notes with real pastoral privacy, small group attendance, and a public group finder. Chat keeps service teams and groups talking in the same place their plans live.

Every Monday, staff get an AI-written brief that flags scheduling gaps, people who need a follow-up, and groups that look like they’re slipping. Sermonix — AI for the church planter’s week

Most pastors at a new or small church are doing five jobs at once. File Migrator — Move out of Box without the IT project

Plenty of organizations signed up for Box years ago and now actually live in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, or AWS. Getting the files out usually means one of two things: an expensive enterprise migration service that wants your credentials and your data, or a bare command-line tool somebody has to babysit. File Migrator sits in between.

It’s a desktop app for macOS and Windows. Connect your Box account, pick where the files should go — Dropbox, Google Drive, Amazon S3, OneDrive for Business, or a plain local folder — and watch the migration run from a guided four-step workspace. Everything runs on your own computer with your own accounts. Credentials live in your operating system’s keychain, never on a Sidestreet server, and the Box source is left exactly as you found it.

The useful part is what can happen while files are in motion. File Migrator reads photo capture dates and camera metadata, runs local OCR on scanned images, verifies every file against Box’s checksum before it lands, and — only if you turn it on — uses your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini key to help classify, summarize, and name messy collections as they move.

IFB Switcher — Phone-line IFB switching from a browser

When a reporter is live from the field, the voice in their earpiece is the IFB — the program feed and the producer cues that keep the hit on track. On a lot of shoots that IFB comes in over a plain phone call, and when the reporter has to go live for several stations back to back, somebody ends up hanging up and redialing between hits. That’s dead air waiting to happen.

IFB Switcher moves that switching into a browser. It runs three independent banks at once. The field reporter calls a single number, presses 1, 2, or 3, and lands in their bank as a listen-only participant, so their mic can never bleed into what the stations hear. The producer dials up to five station IFB lines per bank on the fly, and every line stays connected and muted until it’s needed. Hit TAKE and the next station is in the reporter’s ear instantly. DROP + TAKE switches and hangs up the last source, TAKE NEXT walks down the list, and a panic button silences every station without dropping a single call.

Producers claim a bank for exclusive control so two people can’t step on each other, and anyone can monitor a bank from the browser without ever being heard. It runs entirely in the cloud behind a login, with no hardware to rack and nothing to install in the truck. We built it for the way we work on news desks ourselves.

MX Security Gateway — A checkpoint in front of your inbox

Most small businesses leave email security entirely up to their mailbox provider and hope for the best. That works until a convincing phishing email or an infected attachment slips through, and by then it’s already sitting in somebody’s inbox. The enterprise gateways built to stop that are priced and staffed for companies with a security department.

MX Security Gateway is our answer for everyone else. It sits in front of the mail service you already use, like Google Workspace, and every inbound message passes through it first. Each one is scored for spam and scanned for malware before it’s handed off. Anything suspicious is held in quarantine instead of delivered, and if a scan can’t finish, the message waits rather than slipping through unchecked. Clean mail goes on to your inbox exactly as it arrived.

Everything is managed from a secure web portal. Admins handle domains, routing, and approved recipients, and each person can review and release their own held messages. A searchable message log keeps a short-term copy of what came through, there’s an emergency inbox for reading mail if your provider goes down, and litigation holds keep specific messages, or a whole organization’s mail, from expiring. It’s in early access, and we set it up and run it for you.

MessageVault — Your texts, backed up and searchable

A surprising amount of real business happens over text. Quotes get approved, schedules get changed, clients send the detail you’ll need six months from now. Then you need to find that one message, and you’re scrolling back through years of a single thread, or it’s gone because a phone was replaced and the backup never ran.

MessageVault is a native Mac app that keeps a private, searchable copy of your iMessage, SMS, and RCS history. It indexes message text, contact names, phone numbers, chat names, and attachment names, so a search for “dinner tomorrow” or a client’s name comes back in an instant. It reads Apple’s Messages database without ever changing it, and contact names come straight from your Mac’s own Contacts.

Backups are encrypted with AES-256 and saved to any folder you choose, on whatever schedule you set — once a day or several times. The encryption key stays in your Mac’s Keychain, you can export a recovery key to your password manager, and restoring is a single step. Nothing leaves your computer. It backs up attachment names and details rather than the photos and videos themselves.
