The Sunday
Audit.

What's in it
Fixed price · $950 · Two weeks from kickoff

A free audit can never tell you not to hire the agency that wrote it.

Before anyone signs a retainer, find out whether a family new to your area could find your church at all — and what to fix in what order.

Plenty of agencies will hand you a free audit. It's a sales document — a list of everything wrong with your church, ending in a retainer proposal. We charge for ours so it can do the opposite: name the two things that matter, ignore the twelve that don't, and tell you plainly if visibility isn't your actual problem.

It's $950, it takes two weeks, and if you move into a retainer it comes off your first month in full. The report is yours regardless.

What's in it

Five things, and one of them nobody else can check.

01

The "church near me" report

Where you actually rank for the searches a family new to your area would use, against the churches you're really competing with. Most pastors have never seen this, and it's usually the most uncomfortable page in the report.

02

Google Ad Grant eligibility and application path

Whether your church qualifies for up to $10,000 a month in free Google advertising — that's $120,000 a year — and exactly what standing between you and having it. If you're eligible and not using it, this line alone pays for the audit many times over.

03

Plan Your Visit teardown

We walk your site the way a first-time guest does, on a phone, and write down every place they'd stall. Where do I park, what happens to my kid, how long is this, what do I wear. Most church websites answer none of those in the first minute.

04

Stream and AV check

We watch a service the way someone at home does and look at what's actually running the room — audio path, camera, lighting, ProPresenter, network. No other church marketing agency will put this on an audit, because no other one can.

05

A twelve-month plan, in order

Not a list of everything that's wrong. A sequence — what to fix this month, what can wait until spring, and what you should genuinely not spend money on yet.

How it runs

Two weeks, four steps.

Week zero

A candid conversation

Thirty minutes on what's actually bothering you. If the audit isn't the right first step, we'll say so before you pay for it.

Week one

We go look

Search rankings, Ad Grant status, your site on a phone, your last few streams, your local listings, your follow-up. We watch a service the way someone at home does.

Week two

You get the report and the plan

A written report and a live walkthrough with the senior person who did the work — not an account manager reading someone else's slides.

After

Your call, genuinely

Move into a retainer and the full $950 comes off month one. Take the plan and run it yourself, and we'll answer questions by email for a month anyway.

And then

The audit points at one of three doors.

We don't decide which. The report tells you what your church needs and roughly what it costs, and you pick — including the option where you take the plan and run it in-house.

What does the Sunday Audit cost?

+
-

$950, flat. No hourly creep, no scope surprises. If your church moves into a retainer within ninety days, the full $950 is credited against your first month — so it effectively costs nothing but the decision.

How long does it take?

+
-

Two weeks from kickoff. One short call to start, about a week of us digging, then a written report and a live walkthrough.

Why isn't the audit free?

+
-

Because it's real work, and a free audit is a sales pitch with a report stapled to it. Charging for it means we can tell you the uncomfortable thing — including that you shouldn't hire us — without it costing us the deal. A free audit can never say that.

What if the audit says we don't need marketing?

+
-

Then that's what it says, in writing. We've told churches to put the money into a worship leader, a nursery renovation, or a staffing conversation instead. You'd have spent $950 to avoid spending a year finding out the expensive way.

Do we have to hire you afterward?

+
-

No, and there's no pressure built into it. You keep the report and the twelve-month plan either way. Plenty of churches run the first three months themselves and come back later — that's a fine outcome.

What do you need from us?

+
-

Access to look, not access to change anything: your website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts if they exist, and a link to a recent service. One named contact who can answer questions. That's it.

Let's find out what's actually wrong.

Tell us your church and your website and we'll come back with a start date. If the audit isn't the right first move for you, we'll say so before you pay for anything.
